Showcasing Advancements in Fossil Energy Technology

The Carbon Utilization Research Council (CURC) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) are co-hosting an event entitled "Showcasing Advancements in Fossil Energy Technology."  The event will take place on Thursday, October 4th starting at 9:00 am in Room 902 of the Hart Senate Office Building.

CURC and DOE
have co-hosted similar technology showcases to highlight the innovation and advancements in new power generation and carbon capture technologies. The panel discussions and exhibitors will address how public-private sector partnerships have been a driving force in the advancement and commercial deployment of emerging energy technologies, and will discuss how these technologies result in significant economic and environmental impacts. The Advanced Technology Showcase will feature technology exhibits from domestic and international technology developers, as well as a program featuring Members of Congress, the U.S. Department of Energy, state representatives, industry, and NGOs.
